Meditation on "Pryse"

This organ meditation is based on the tune "Pryse," (To Lead God's Flock With Shepherd's Rod"), the original tune and text having been commissioned by the Eastern Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada to commemorate the ministry of Bishop Michael Pryse upon his retirement in 2024. Re-imigined here as a meditative organ solo, begins softly and ends in a triumphant return to its original theme.
